A life well lived is a life I hope to achieve. I never sought out to be a 'photographer' or have meant to string it to my identity more or less at different times. I grew up in Lake Placid, NY and in all my travels and moves the wilderness still surrounds me. I've been able to incorporate those surroundings in my portraits. As my love of photography has grown, my love for 'love' also has. Sounds funny I know.
Living in Oregon was incredible. I spent nearly two years there—and it was time well spent. A few years back, I returned for a month, road-tripped to Crater Lake with new friends, soaked in hot springs, hiked countless trails, and captured memories along the way.
It was great to be part of the celebration, not just behind the lens—I even ended up leading the entire ceremony at that Brooklyn waterside rooftop wedding.
Standing on snow peaks in Alaska. I only ever dreamed of these places growing up. I’ve now lived in Alaska, Oregon, Michigan, and New York. At eighteen, I bought a one-way ticket to Alaska and discovered a passion for exploration. Since then, I’ve traveled across the U.S. and parts of Europe, and I bring those experiences into every photo session to capture honest, meaningful moments.
In 2023, I spent a few months traveling through Europe—Croatia, Italy (including Sicily), and Majorca. I immersed myself in new cultures, met people, tasted local cuisine (and plenty of great wine), and explored the history I’d only read about. Bringing my camera along was unforgettable.
I’ve explored both coasts—from Maine to Washington—and luckily call Lake Placid home. Growing up in Lake Placid I've learned a lot of 'secret' places to hike. Whether it’s for work, adventure, or simply to clear my head, I’m always on the move.
I've spent my entire life hiking in the Adirondacks. Here, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, and more. Ever in search of beautiful places, and beautiful places.
I love the jazz festival. I go up most every year. As a saxophone player myself I have a special connection to it. My father brought us growing up over all the years.
